NightsLux Ordering Process and Timeline

     Welcome to the NightsLux one-stop shopping guide, where we have mapped out the entire buying process for you to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! We know your time is valuable and we want to help you navigate our site with ease. In this guide, we will walk you through the entire shopping process, from browsing our awesome sex doll selection to reviewing your new sex doll. 1.Choose & Customize Your Doll

Find out your love doll and customize it with the options listed when you scroll down on the doll page. We’ve set the default options, but they don’t necessarily match the options in the image. You should double-check the configurations and click “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the options page.

2.Order Confirmation

When we receive your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp within 12 hours, so your WhatsApp number must be filled in correctly. If you want to modify the order, you can confirm the new order options with the customer service staff via WhatsApp

3.Manufacturing Starts

It usually takes 1-3 days to make a doll. It takes 12 days to ship. But it may take shorter or longer depending on the height and material and functions. In some cases, we can speed up production for you as needed. **During holidays (New Year holidays, Christmas, National Day, Chinese New Year, etc.), production time may be delayed.

If you choose a ready-made doll, there is no production process required because all dolls are already stored in our warehouse. We will ship it to you within 1-3 working days.

4.Doll is Ready

We will send you factory photos of the doll taken by the factory via WhatsApp. Please confirm that all details are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please let us know and we will make changes before the doll is packed or shipped.

We do not provide factory shipping photos of stock dolls because they are already packed and stored in our warehouse. Taking them out for photos can be a complicated process and may damage the packaging of the doll. If you would like to see actual photos of the doll, please check our finished doll pictures page or request factory shipping photos of dolls with the same configuration after placing an order.

5.Shipping

We usually ship dolls using Fedex or UPS. You will receive a tracking number within 2-4 days. If you need to delay delivery or pick up at a FedEx/UPS center, please let us know before shipping so we can arrange a delivery time or change the shipping address.

Shipping time depends on your location. It will take longer for your package to arrive in Umm Al Quwain, Ras al-Khaim, Fujairah, Abu Dhabi, Ras al-Khaimah, Al Ain, so please be patient and keep in touch with us.

6.Delivery & Checking

Please keep an eye on the tracking number and wait for it to be delivered to your home.

If the outer box of the package is damaged, please take a video or photos of the shipping label and the outer box before unpacking. A video should also be taken when unpacking to prove that your doll was damaged in transit (in a rare case).

We will offer different options depending on the degree of damage: instruct you to repair, send a replacement, or refund.
