Payment and Delivery Options

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

   • Available for Dubai and surrounding areas, where the delivery driver will bring your items directly to your door.

   Special Note: Since our warehouse is located in Dubai, we offer free delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain. For deliveries to more distant locations, such as Abu Dhabi and Fujairah, an additional 20 AED delivery fee will apply.

2. Order Confirmation and Contact

   • After placing an order, our delivery driver will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order details, ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered. Once confirmed, delivery will be arranged promptly, with same-day delivery available in select areas.
   • Special Note: For certain large or special items, warehouse pickup may be required, and we will inform you in advance.

3. Free Local Express Delivery

   • Delivery Timeframe: Orders will arrive within approximately 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Return and Exchange Policy
If there is a product quality issue or the item does not match the description, you may contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide photos or videos as proof, and our team will respond promptly based on your situation.

   ملاحظة خاصة: نظرًا لوجود مستودعنا في دبي، نقدم خدمة التوصيل المجاني في دبي، الشارقة، رأس الخيمة، عجمان وأم القيوين. أما المناطق البعيدة مثل أبوظبي والفجيرة، فتُضاف رسوم توصيل قدرها 20 درهمًا.

2. تأكيد الطلب والتواصل

   • بعد إتمام الطلب، سيتواصل معك مندوب التوصيل عبر واتساب لتأكيد تفاصيل طلبك، للتأكد من وصول المنتجات المطلوبة بدقة. بعد التأكيد، سيتم ترتيب التوصيل بسرعة، وبعض المناطق تدعم التوصيل في نفس اليوم.
   • ملاحظة خاصة: قد تتطلب بعض المنتجات الكبيرة أو الخاصة استلامها من المستودع مباشرةً، وسيتم إعلامك بذلك مسبقًا.

3. توصيل مجاني سريع محليًا

   • مدة التوصيل: يصل الطلب خلال حوالي 1-3 أيام عمل حسب موقعك.
